Many of our equipment we tested on former Trips. We kept a lot but also a lot was taken from the list of neccesary things. On this pages we describe wat left for the world trip.
Panniers:
Because we expected much rain on our trip we choosed absolut waterproofed panniers. So we took Ortlieb bag. Markus used them in his every day cycling to the company and got never problems with them. I use Backroller on front and back of the bike to get more room for everything. Mila uses Frontroller in the front of her bike. We also have the Handlebarßbags and additional cloth-bags to keep the sleepingbags dry.
